The order amount referred to above comprises the total cost of goods as stated on this website, after any applicable promotions.
All deliveries are made with a courier and require a signature. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm only. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. We are unable to specify a time of delivery. As a signature is needed to confirm delivery, we are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes or leave items in porches. If you are happy for a neighbour to sign, then please leave instructions in the comments box when you enter your delivery details.
We aim to deliver standard orders to the mainland UK within 5 working days . Bank Holidays are not classed as working days and orders dispatched at this time will be delivered the following working day. If we have a run on a specific item of stock your order may take a little longer. All of our items are slip cast by hand and we pride ourselves on the quality of the product so if we are out of stock on an item we will aim to get it back into stock as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has arrived with you, please contact us on 01628 829730 or by email. We are unable to cancel bespoke orders.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days on 01628 829730 or email us.
We will refund your order once it is received by us.
